Is my photo uploaded anywhere?

No. The floor visualizer runs entirely in your browser. Your photo never leaves your phone or computer, and nothing is saved.

What kind of photo works best?

Stand in a doorway or corner and hold the phone level at chest height, so you can see where the floor meets the back wall. Daylight and an empty or tidy floor give the most realistic preview.

Are these real products?

They are computer-drawn styles for comparing color, plank width and pattern. Product colors vary, so we bring real samples to your home or help you pick them before you order.

The new floor covers my couch. How do I fix it?

Choose “Touch up”, then paint over the furniture with “Remove floor”. If you go too far, switch to “Add floor back”.
